General FAQ about the WealthBar Statement Page


Can I access this feature on the mobile app?

At this time the statement page is only available via the WealthBar website, however, our product team is working on adding integration between different devices, so that you can enjoy a unified WealthBar experience.

Can I print or download my statement?

We will be adding the ability for clients to download and print their annual or monthly statements soon. Stay tuned!

Will I be able to view my partner’s accounts on the statement page as well?

Yes! You and your partner will be able to view each other's account statements once they have accepted your invitation to link accounts. You can visit this link here to learn more about how to invite other WealthBar users to link accounts. 

Can I view my statements for a specific time period?

You will be able to review your accounts' history for each past months and years. Unfortunately, the statement page does not support customized time period, but you will be able to access the information you need to track your account performance given your own personal timeframe via your WealthBar dashboard. 

How come there is no data showing on my statement page when my account has a balance?

The statement page is meant to provide an at a glance overview of your account's past performances. If your account has only been recently funded, then your statement page will not show you your account record until the following month. 

Is the original cost listed on the statement page the adjusted cost base of my investment?

The original cost listed on the statement page is not what the adjusted cost base of your investment will be. WealthBar will provide this information to you directly if your non-registered accounts have experienced a deemed disposition in the past tax year as part of your gain and loss report. If you have not been notified that you are going to be receiving a gain and loss report, then simply contact us and our advisors will be happy to assist you. 

Why is the information on my monthly custodian account statement different from what is reported on my statement page?

If you've noticed any conflicting information listed between your monthly account statements and what is reported on your statement page, please contact us and we can investigate and resolve this for you.

Why is there a discrepancy between what the statement page is listing for my performance and my WealthBar dashboard?
